"Terrific location for a first-time visit to CDMX (close to the Cathedral, Templo Mayor, Presidential Palace) and walking distance to Palacio Bellas Artes, Tile House, and Museo Nacional de Arte. "Basically you are renting a small apartment. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's centrally located. Easy to get an Uber to anywhere. Being that it is not a hotel as such, there is no maid service unless you want to pay for it. There is a full kitchen with all you need to prepare meals, open cans, heat water, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There is a Nespresso machine in the room and you get a couple of cartridges. "I loved this place except for the issues with hot water. 1) It was very hard to regulate, so sometines it would turn scalding hot by itself and 2) Two days there wasn't any hot water in the morning. I mentioned this to the receptionist and he said it was a recurring problem in higher floors. But it didn't seem they didn't have any intention of fixing it. Problem is bad enough that I wouldn't stay in this property ever again. Too bad, everything else was really nice."
