"The staff was very efficient. Online checkin quick. Room was comfortable as was the king size bed. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was typical fare but actually quite good and was kept fresh. Only issue - the hallway floors make a lot of sound when you walk on them. Even if you’re careful which kids and teens are not. Also if you’re on ground floor or have rooms above you, the floors are laminate so if someone walks above you or drags a chair (rude), it’s quite loud in the room. As is the in wall heater/AC. Fan woke me up often. Otherwise it was great for the one night we stayed. "

"Great experience at this property. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, although there would have been a benefit of having more than one person at the desk. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful, too. Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean, and the supplied toiletries were very good quality. Two things that were especially appreciated: the extra blanket that was in the dresser drawer, and good lightning - lots of lamps. Will definitely stay here again!"
