Located in a quiet cul-du-sac, this 3500 square foot home (including basement), is completely decked out. Everything you could possible need is here for you, your family and friends to have a fantastic experience. The entire home has been completely renovated and designed by to give it a touch of class. The backyard is humongous with a fire pit and lots of area to play. Very close to grocery stores, strip malls, Whitemud Is close and 8 minute drive to the grey nuns hospital.

Online the property was fine, it’s when you step inside. Very worn is what I’d say about everything. Broken chairs at the table, sit on a couch and sink deep because it’s springs are gone…beds that are broken and can’t be slept on, railing on bunk bed missing and broken, bedroom without a window( how is that safe) kitchen poorly stocked,wasps nest in the yard,not enough towels and the ones that are there are old and threadbare, didn’t receive door code for check in until 45 minutes after the fact and had tried to get a hold of owner hours before…..made a mess of family plans as a result and put extra stress on our gathering. Main tv would not work. Next time I’d pick a hotel.

Canceled our reservation day of
My team and I were flying out from Victoria and booked this place 3 months in advance and the day of I messaged Tyler and asked for the check in information and 5 minutes later I got an email that said our reservation had been canceled and refunded. So my team and I had no where to go and search for hours to find another place once we had landed in Edmonton. I messaged Tyler and asked him why he canceled our reservation and all he said was the pipes were frozen. I was extremely disappointed with his answer as all it was was, “I apologize”. He clearly knew weeks in advance that the pipes were frozen as we went to edmonton when is was only -15 and the previous weeks it had been -40. If you book this place be aware that you could have your reservation canceled the day of and have no where to stay.

Disappointed
The property has not been kept up, lots of things didn't work. No instructions were provided. The BBQ needed to be cleaned and inadequate BBQ tools. Lots of dead plants, a fire pit but no wood or chairs. The lawn was full of weeds.
