Other things to note :
- There's only street parking for now. But there's usually no issues finding a spot.
- It has been renovated but it's still an old house, so it has it's quirks.
- The backyard is a work in progress. We are working to improve the aesthetics of the yard & create more parking out back.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.
Please be advised that all guests . By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID with a name that matches your profile
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :
* Smoking / vaping in the home = $300
* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
* Late checkout = $100
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500
**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
