This property was accurately advertised and provided a perfect base for my visit. It was comfortable and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen, good bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant, with quick, helpful replies.

This place was just okay. The appliances and amenities provided were basic but good enough. It was clean and tidy. It was a basement and winter in Alberta so that made it extra cold. There were heaters but I found that when the one in the bedroom was plugged in the electrical breaker was tripped. The faulty electrical was a little worrisome as I don't think the windows and single exit were fire safe. So I tried not to use much electrical. Also the host was away and kind of slow to respond, which was inconvenient when my lock pass expired early. The contact number in the VRBO app was also wrong. Thankfully there were people upstairs that could let me in. Not sure what would have happened otherwise. All in all it was fine, I probably would not recommend the 8 person max with the electrical being sketchy but it is a place to rest your head with the things you need.

Well kept just like home. Some difficulty finding the address on the house and getting the app to unlock the door but the owner or property manager was very helpful even late at night. Wish I could have spent more time in the suite and would love to bring my family back and the price was reasonable for what you get

A great spo
This place was awesome. Spacious, clean and cozy. Was great for my spouse and I and our 3 young children. The location was close to coffee, shopping and really anything you need. The property managers had amazing communication and ensured our stay was comfortable. There was even a miscommunication upon checking in and they went beyond to make it right for us. Very grateful we had the opportunity to stay here helping to make our trip memorable. Would definitely rent again and I recommend it to anyone- families, couples, and groups of friends. Thank you for everything!

Very small, couch did not pull out their was 5 of us 1 person on the couch. No pillow or extra bedding, messaged them got a response late ( said would bring the next day), had to go get blankets.

Fairly quiet and spacious
My grandchildren and I have stayed here twice now. They like to watch tv in the bedrooms! There is a small kitchen area which is so helpful for meals. Separate entrance and use of laundry facilities are a plus. Plenty of room for 3 or 4.

Great stay in Edmonton
This is a very nice basement suite and comes completely as advertised. The home is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Use of the spacious backyard with barbecue and fire pit was much appreciated. If you are 6 feet or taller, you will have to duck in a few places in the basement to avoid some duct work. .

Wonderful family getaway
Highly recommend this cozy basement suite. Access to a backyard with a bbq and kids toys provided many hours of entertainment during down time. Really nice to have televisions in several bedrooms with access to multiple apps on the smart tv. Well equipped kitchen, great coffee bar, and overall a very nicely laid out space.

Very cozy suite. Was spacious enough for my husband and I and our 3 kids. Very clean, fully stocked and good location. Park right behind the house and close to shopping. 20 min highway drive to WEM. Some low beams, so tall folks be warned! Would definitely stay again!
