Check-in process was a hassle. Home was clean and beautiful, as advertised. There was a misunderstanding which led to the host treating us in an unkind manner (name calling)… Although we cleaned up he was upset that we didn’t leave the place spotless when we didn’t need to as a cleaning fee was already paid… It was close to spotless which was good enough. Besides his immaturity & lack of professionalism by not being willing to work with us to resolve the issue(s) he claims to have had, everything else was okay. Still recommend others to book with him. Hope Host can use this as a learning experience when it comes to future interactions with guests.
