Staff extremely friendly and appreciative, great location with Costco next door and lots of shopping/eating options nearby. Well I booked this for my elderly dad and step mom. They tried to check in a 6 pm. Waited a full 40 mins to even find anyone at the front desk who was found “doing his laundry” by my son. Then the room key would not work not once but twice. When the front desk clerk came up to the room he showed us how to “jiggle it a certain way” to get in. Are you kidding me? These are seniors. Even tho I booked the room under my dad’s name, Ramada refused to do anything until they talked to my dad Clearly a fiasco on Christmas Eve. Never ever again.
