This elegant and fully renovated guest suite is 1000 sqft and has everything you need for a pleasant experience. You will have 2 bedrooms with a King-size bed in the primary and a Queen-size bed in the second bedroom. This suite would comfortably accommodate a group of 4.

✦ SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD AND RENTAL AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING✦
This property requires a $500 CAD security deposit hold once reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. Automatic instructions will be sent right after your booking confirmation. The security deposit hold is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file which will be collected 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after check-out, assuming there is no damage to the property and all our house rules have been followed. This task is done by our API-connected software to this platform. We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the guest suite.
There is keyless entry to the guest suite which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our guest suite, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please reach out on the platform with any questions or concerns you may have!
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
