✦ You are booking the entire property. The detached garage area is NOT included in the reservation or for parking any type of vehicle as is this is rented to a family member.

This property requires a $500 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.

The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay.
Detailed check-in instructions, including the Smart Lock code, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.

1. We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit
2. There are TWO OUTDOOR security cameras located at the property main and side door, only to monitor outdoor activity. These devices will be ONLY recording with motion detection and not 24/7
3. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level
