Staff really do need to be trained tho Both times when I checked in and checked out Staff doesn’t even say anything after making eye contact and does awkward silence until I have to be like good morning or hi how are you Like where r simple mannerism or greeting ? Motel 6 staff greets better than four points

Had a really good stay. They granted us a late checkout as we were in town for a tournament which was greatly appreciated. Pillows could be more puffy/fluffy but not a big deal.
