2500 square feet, large dining room, hot tub, 2 living room areas, 3 smart TVs, WIFI , netflix, parking, hardwood throughout, modern kitchen, new beds, bedding etc. Can accommodate 8 adults and 2 teens/kids. The summer season features a roof top garden deck, screened and covered or it can be left open. Baby crib ( pack and play) 2 children's play parks in walking distance.
A well appointed luxury home located centrally. There are many amenities nearby including the NHL and concerts at Rogers Place arena. Easy access to Downtown, U of A, Edmonton Mall, Whyte Avenue, River valley parks, Telus World of Science, Museums, and 3 Universities.
All the attractions above are within a 5 to 15 minute drive, or alternatively on several transit routes.
A short 15 minute walking distance to High Street featuring many Art Galleries, bake shops, shopping boutiques and also the wonderful 124 Street restaurant area.

This place was amazing! Location was fantastic. 7 of us stayed here comfortably. Place was clean and parking was great as well. Alan (host) gave us a tour of the place and couldn’t have been a better host. He recommended restaurants and places to see. Easily one of the top places we’ve stayed.

Pleasent Place with one unexpected item
The place was great, as advertised. What we weren't expecting was the owner of the property has a suite in the basement and stayed there while we were occupying. I didn't think VRBO allowed that.

Amazing stay in a very well appointed, clean house with a wonderful owner!! This house has everything you need from a huge deck to hang out on, a hot tub, and lots of room (and beds). Check in and out process was flawless….kind of like the whole stay! Highly recommended! 5 Stars all the way!

Alan was an amazing host! He was very accommodating with anything we needed… brought toys down for our kiddos. The house was extremely comfortable for our party of 6 and a pup! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Weekend Stay
We stayed for two nights with 5 adults, 3 teens and 2 toddlers. More than enough room for everyone. Place was clean, homey and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, near everything we went to including a park for the kids. Clean as well. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a family trip.

Easy to get just about anywhere in Edmonton. Beautiful home is stunning area. This property was the most well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms that we have ever rented. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend.

The property was clean, very well stocked and the location was perfect for us. It was a bit challenging to access the porch as the only access is thru one of the "bedrooms". We were surprised to find out at check-in that the host has a suite in the unit. VRBO advertises host free homes and this was a surprise to us as it's not in the listing. Alan was very respectful of our space and we did not run into him during our stay. He has indicated he will be updating his listing so this does not happen to others. Overall the property is very nice. Alan was quick to respond to all of our needs. Thank you Alan.

Sister Reunion
My 3 sisters and I (from 4 different cities) had a wonderful long weekend here. We were able to reconnect after 4 years and this was the perfect location. We enjoyed the large living space and still each had our own bedroom when we needed quiet time — couldn’t have asked for more. Alan was a great host and made everything so easy. I would highly recommend this spot.

Wonderful home and host!
House was perfect for our short family vacation in Edmonton. The place was immaculate and it felt warm and friendly. Kitchen had everything we needed and it was a pleasure to cook and dine in the kitchen or on the deck. The 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms gave us lots of space to spread out and the living room and deck were great gathering places. Location was fantastic and our host Alan went above and beyond. Would recommend this house as a perfect place for a group or family to have a wonderful stay in Edmonton.
