No AC or fan in the home which makes for an uncomfortable stay at night. When you open the windows the neighbours are noisy and talk loudly at all hours of the night. The kitchen is not stocked with anything you can use to make meals…only 2 small pots. Owner have notice that guests are not allowed to wash their clothes until after 4 nights of stay. The park that they said is close by is not ideal and for very little kids…tons of misquotes in the area…looks like it was an old swamp. I will not recommend it to families or someone looking to get a good night rest. The landlord never communicated with us to see how we are doing and whether we have any issues or concerns during our entire 4 nights. Poor communication
