This is a half duplex. Close to Downtown, U of A, walking distance to many amenities, (bank, groceries, fast food, schools. The house can be divided into two separate living space. Main floor has kitchen, half bath, laundry facility, and living room, upstairs has 3 bedrooms and full bath. In the basement it has it's own separate entrance, two bedroom, kitchen, full bath, and it's own laundry facility.

Couldn't ask for better accommodations.
This house is literally perfect for larger groups. We stayed here long term and couldn't be happier. There are 2 suites which really makes a big difference with space and privacy. The homeowner is wonderful to deal with, communicates quickly and is pleasant to deal with. A++ Highly recommend.

Early Christmas
We were spending Christmas in Edmonton with our son and his family. We do a "home" celebration with all our traditional meals, baking and fun. We booked this home well in advance and although a week before Christmas, coparenting can do that, change celebrations. The home was well laid out for our needs and was fully equipped for our needs.
