You have access of the main floor and upstairs during your stay as well as the attached double car garage located at the back of the house.

Guests have no access to the basement as it is a private area and is locked. No one resides in there.

There is a fire hydrant next to our neighbours in the front street.

Our basement is a private area and is currently under development - the contractors do their job quietly.

Girls quilting trip

Two friends and I stayed here when we planned a trip to visit quilt stores in and around the Edmonton area. The location was great for getting about. The hosts were quick to respond to questions, beds were comfortable and the house was mostly clean; appliances were stainless steel and had finger prints.. The kitchen could use additional cutlery; there was only one serrated steak knife for cutting.i believe this is a fairly new offering and these things will be added. We would definitely book and stay here again.

Nice house with room for 6

The house is new and spacious enough for six. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It's a little out of the way but very easy to find and it's in a quiet neighbourhood.The kitchen was pretty well equiped with dishes, glasses and cooking utensils as well as a few staples. (needs to put salt in the salt shaker)The teenagers enjoyed the pool table and all of us enjoyed the fireplace.We had an issue with noisy contractors working in the basement while we were there but the owners acknowledged our discomfort and provided a bit of a refund.We wouldn't hesitate to book it again if we were in the area.
