The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. We will return in the future.

The room was clean but dated. Unfortunately I got stuck beside a party room. When I mentioned it to the front desk during check out. He had a very rude tone and implied my lack of sleep was my fault because I didnt call security. It was my first and last visit.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a drunk in the hallway banging on a door and yelling down the hall, but i guess that's on par for a casino hotel.

Overall, stay was good. Biggest problem was elevator didn’t work at times and key cards constantly failed. Worst part was front desk persons were frequently not there and at one point we had to wait an hour for someone to show up to fix key card because we were locked out of elevator and stairwell. At 11pm it’s pretty tough having to sit waiting when your tired!
