LITTLE RAY OF SUNSHINE BY THE SEA is a 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests located in the main street of Edithburgh.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, freestanding electric oven/stove, coffee machine (BYO coffee grounds), kettle, toaster, dining, lounge with 2 x 2 seater lounges, tv, dvd, gas heater, wall air-conditioner/heater.

Bathroom with corner bath, walk in shower with slight step down, vanity.

Rumpus/kids retreat with tv, dvd, 3 single beds, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, outdoor setting - can be taken outside - Please note - the rumpus/kids retreat is in the rear yard and separate from the house but has a covered walkway between.

Laundry with top loading washing machine, sink. Separate w/c.

Rear yard fully enclosed with outdoor setting, gas BBQ, clothesline.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - single, rumpus/kids retreat - 3 singles.

Historic seaside town of Edithburgh offers an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, 2 Hotels, deli, take away and Cafe, not to mention the beautiful sights of Yorke Peninsula.
