Enjoy more private outdoor space on the front porch swing or while lounging by the pool - both are perfect spaces for sipping sweet tea or your beverage of choice.
A masterpiece of style and design, the open interior showcases vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, and comfortable, coastal chic furniture, as well as an in-home elevator for added convenience. A center island with seating anchors the well-equipped kitchen - complete with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while an ornate chandelier illuminates the adjacent dining nook. The kitchen sink even boasts a reverse osmosis water filtration system, meaning fresh water is always available to you. You’ll find more space to serve home-cooked meals in the gorgeous dining room. There’s also a living area with a TV on both floors (there is a 70” TV in the main floor living room), providing ample space for families or large groups to spread out.
The first-floor main bedroom features a sprawling en suite, complete with a double vanity, soaking tub, and stunning walk-in shower. There is also a 50” TV, Peloton bike, an expansive walk-in closet, large enough to fit an air mattress, Pack 'N Play, or crib. The main bedroom also has an adjacent covered patio seating area.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second main bedroom with a private en suite (shower/tub), the bunk room, and another bedroom with two double beds. A washer/dryer and central air conditioning provide a layer of comfort during your stay.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
