The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Cozy "All Decked Out"

Beautiful home with great view
This is a beautiful home with comfortable beds and views. If we were to have had more guests than 4 or 5 it would not have been big enough for all of us to visit together in the living room. The deck is fantastic though. The house is updated and very comfortable.

Great weekend get-away
Had a great weekend at All Decked Out in Edisto Beach. The cottage is adorably furnished and the kitchen is nicely stocked. We enjoyed using the beach umbrella, outdoor shower and charcoal grill. It's an easy walk to and from the beach where we enjoyed two glorious days. We have fond memories of our first visit to Edisto Beach!

Charming, clean, great location!
The house was well equipped for in house dining, although it would be a good idea to bring condiments and spices. Short walk to the beach which we loved. We brought our dog and it was so nice to have the back yard for playtime. Really enjoyed both the the screened in porch and large deck.

Cute, clean house, great location
Very comfortable stay. The house is adorable and had everything we needed. We brought our 2 fur babies and they enjoyed it too. It would have made things easier if there had been at least a small fenced section in the yard for the doggies. We loved sitting on the back porch listening to the waves. We even had a herd of deer come through the yard!

Great communal space
The kitchen was wonderfully useful and convenient to the dining and living spaces. The downstairs bathroom was updated with a walk-in shower. The screen porch was a great place to have coffee and enjoy the sunshine. Parking is plentiful and very easy to exit. The house has lots of stairs, both to the house (it’s the ‘Low Country’ so to be expected) and to two of the bedrooms.

We had a great time.. Only one thing. Babies don't like to be showered and we couldn't close the tub. The plug is old and damaged, so we had to wash them in the kitchen sink. Overall, a good experience. Probably will use again when in the neighbourhood

Family of 4 + dog. This house is a 1 block walk to the beach on a quiet street... an ideal location. The house is small but it feels cozy. Two king beds + the single beds and bunk earns extra points... two kings is really helpful. And the bathrooms are new with great water pressure. The kitchen had all we needed to cook: utensils, toaster, pots & pans, mixing bowls, peelers, glasses. Salt & pepper but no spices or oils. No tupperware either. And another bonus for knives that were pretty sharp! There aren't any games or things like that but we brought our own. We loved this stay and will definitely be back!

All Decked Out
The house was perfect for just the two of us. It was very clean, had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, toiletries, linens, games, wifi, comfortable beds, good pressure in the shower etc - and the process from check-in to check-out went very smoothly. The receptionist at Vacasa was very nice and made our day. Lovely house! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Great home and fantastic service from property management
The house was perfect, and was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. The house was clean, fully stocked, and extremely comfortable. The property management company responded quickly to our questions that we asked prior to our stay, and reached out when we checked in, during our stay, and at the end, just to make sure that everything was going well. The drive-thru check-in at Vacasa also made the check-in process easy, which was especially important because we were traveling with our pet. We would highly recommend both All Decked Out and Vacasa to anyone looking for a vacation rental on Edisto.

We live this old house! Lots of charm, character and an easy walk to the beach. We stayed in this home a few years ago… before the kitchen and downstairs bath renovations. Huge improvement on a great house! Hoping to return in the spring or summer.

Wonderful Week at Edisto!!!

Great Location & House
Fantastic house and there are two reasons why it did not get a full 5-stars from us. 1. The outdoor furniture was so dirty that it would have taken us hours to get the furniture clean enough for enjoying a meal outdoors. The deck does need some maintenance, would be easy to get an unwelcomed splinter if barefoot. 2. The upstairs bathroom is in dire need of updating and is so tiny it's not really usable so our family relied on the downstairs bathroom. This location is phenomenal (<5min walk to a sunrise on the beach) and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking equipment. The yard is awesome and we enjoyed shooting hoops in the driveway.
