Everything we needed was there, including a Keurig coffee maker and pods (we always have to ask about that). The outside stairs can be a little tricky so be careful if you're coming up with an armload of groceries or luggage. The stairs leading to the front door cluggage. "

My mother passed away 3 days prior to our check-in and when I called to try to save a little something out of this tragedy, all I was told was I should have purchased travel insurance. SERIOUSLY!!!! You people are inhuman and deplorable. Nothing...not one consideration was given to me and my wife by you and your idiot proxies. No partial refund, no reschedule...nothing. I will make it my mission to ensure that Vrbo, Vacasa, and the rest of the people involved in this fiasco...
