"Beautiful place but had an issue with no cash allowed at bar or restaurants. I was double charged on my AMEX 3 times at the bar during my stay and bartender said they couldn’t adjust it so I put a hold on them with AMEX. Cannot have a thermal cup at the pool. They take it and put in storage area. Service at the pool bar was not good. "

"Staff were very friendly! Hotel is in process of being updated so some things are old (stains on hallway carpets, old wallpaper, etc.) but it looks like they’re working on it. I had a renovated room and it was nice, especially for the price. Nice stocked kitchenette. Pillows could be upgraded. They were very flat and uncomfortable, but the bed was good. Towels are small and rough but they work. I had to wash clothes during my stay and their washing machines and dryers are great. Only $1.75 each....

"when I first arrived I was nervous because there was a lot of damage to surrounding properties. But rooms were great and all the staff was excellent. There were two bars on the beach and sitting areas on the beach. They close by 10pm, so no issues with late music. Excellent vacation!!!"
