It was an incredibly frustrating experience overall. I had a friend visiting from abroad, and we stayed at this property for four nights. Unfortunately, out of those four nights, we had no water in the room for two of them. On the remaining two days, the water was restored, but the pressure was so low that it was nearly impossible to take a proper shower. I felt extremely embarrassed in front of my friend.

Location is ideal as my family is right down the road. The breakfast has many daily options (eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, waffles, muffins, cereal, yogart, coffee, juice), but the warm options do not change. Only complaint is the warming tray is not warm enough, should be set at a higher temp. We need a hotel that provides a bed and shower facilities, not looking to live in the room.

Front desk clerk name Jennifer was very unprofessional. She called me and my family names. Accused me of treating her like slave when I only asked her to prioritize checking us in because it was getting late for my kids bedtime. We decided to not stay because how she made us feel terrible. She doesn’t belong to hold customer service job position.
