Excellent place to stay top notch hotel loved every moment from the bed to the shower and even the teas and hot chocolate everything inside the hotel is brilliant! The only downside is the parking as it’s £15 a night and you have to move your car when harts FC are playing.

Staff were superb. Friendly and extremely helpful, especially Sarah and Katie at reception. Spotless comfortable rooms, excellent toiletries and nice breakfast. Parking difficult especially on match-day, but easy bus transport into town.

Staff is really nice! Hotel is very clean and everything is good quality. The area around is okay. Not in the main city but alot of walkable places to go and geg basic things. I would definitely stay here again.

We did not understand at booking that Tynecastle Park was a football club and the hotel was part of it. But that was fine, except most of the rooms were set up to have large screens upon which the games could be watched, vs windows. We were offered the option of having a picture of Edinburgh Castle on the screen. However, it didn't work for several hours, needing to be reset. The next morning the screen was green! The staff worked hard to address it but since we were only there one night, it was a moot point. Also, everything in the room was controlled by very modern means, quite new to us! That was a great feature, just one that took a bit of time to figure out. The location of the property was out of city centre which we knew, but we were able to find a nice restaurant within a few blocks, and the area was quiet at the hotel. We were using public transportation, so cannot address the parking. Still, I would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, staff facilities, and its accessibility to the FC.

The hotel is a stadium reimagined to a hotel which means rooms are spacious! King sized bed clean and new. Room comes with the normal stuff. It's a luxury hotel in the making the robes and slippers are a nice touch. But what made it one of our favourit so far is the super friendly staff from as soon as you walked in to anything you need. They will almost bend over backwards for you. Checkin and checkout is crazy realxing they already had our keys before we got there and just checked off the required and we were in our room getting settled in less than 2 mins at the front desk. Love the staff here. They just make the hecticness of travel so easy.

Absolutely spacious, very cleans and quiet. Stayed here for two nights, a pretty easy walk into the city centre (~25 mins), lots of bus routes very close to the hotel. Staff were all exceptional. Added bonus: the restaurant here was LOVELY. The fish and chips were delicious, as well as the lamb burger.

Fantastic room, lots of space, lovely bathroom, staff were kind and courteous at all times. The restaurant was lovely. The only issue was getting there from the airport was a bit confusing.

Fantastic stay!! Staff was so great and went out of their way to help! Very friendly Hotel is located in a soccer stadium which is a cool experience Breakfast was great and good variety A special Thank you to Emma and Sandra for making our short stay so great!! We arrived late and had dinner reservations and Sandra was able to contact the restaurant staff and provide us some dinner which was so wonderful and we really appreciated it! Sandra went above and beyond for us!! Also the hand soap and lotion are one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel!! Thank you Tynecastle for a wonderful stay!!
