This property, sleeping up to 7 guests, contains all you need for a self-catering trip, with a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and heating. Stay with friends or family and enjoy a relaxing break exploring East Lothian’s fantastic coastline or even Scotland’s capital city of Edinburgh, just 25 minutes from North Berwick by train.

The family living room features two comfortable sofas and armchair as well as a dining table. The TV and gas fire offer the perfect cosy evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering trip. With appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer you will find everything you need for your seaside break.

Shower room:

The family shower room features a walk-in shower, WC and hand basin.

Parking:

Please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day

Other:

This property has free WiFi and heating for your stay. A high chair can be provided upon request.

The accommodation is family friendly with beach kit available, access to the rear towards the sea, cot and high chair (on request) and child guards as needed.

Please note, if you require the trundle bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guests, there will be an additional charge.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable – after this date the booking will be fully non-refundable.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, the instructions for which will be provided within the week of your arrival.

From the hallway the kitchen and shower room are to the right. The first bedroom is ahead of you with the second bedroom and living room to the right.
