Comfortable apartment in great location
We were only there 2 nights but would rent again if in Edinburgh. The location is fabulous, can walk most places. The trail to King Arthurs Seat is close by. Would be great for a longer stay so one could take advantage of the kitchen.

Great apartment and location
The apartment was great, with plenty of room for 4 adults. The location was perfect, with easy to access the Royal Mile and Arthur’s Seat. I am only rating it 4 stars because we had bad luck/timing and the elevator was not working for a portion of our stay. I personally don’t mind stairs but was traveling with older adults with mobility issues. The elevator was part of the reason we booked. Despite this, the concierge was incredibly kind and responsive, as well as the owner. Thank you again!

Good place to share with friends
Comfortable, secure flat for two women. Good location, very close to the Royal Mile with restaurants, pubs,a small grocery store and historical sites very walkable. Also, walkable from the train station, even with our giant suitcases. We appreciated the elevator and generally quiet neighborhood. Like others, we experienced some issues with the shower going cold for minutes at a time but it was just a small annoyance. While the flat was comfortable and generally clean, the couches could use a good cleaning and it needs new ice cube trays. We also had issues getting the dryer to work like a previous reviewer but the large rack worked great. Overall, a good choice when you want more space than a hotel room.

Lovely safe and centrally located
We had a lovely time in Edinburgh. Shahid keeps a well stocked and clean flat. It is literally a few steps away from the Royal Mile yet far enough from the noise and crowds. Our little family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!
Property is as advertised. A few things could use some updating. Living room furniture needs a professional deep cleaning or replacement. Hot water has a timed system for operational hours. You can adjust it as needed, but seemed to allow hot water to go in and out at times while using. My wife was frustrated with the combo washer and dryer (not a stacked, separate washer and dryer), dryer took forever and wrinkled clothing immensely. All this said, we would definitely rebook this property, just like adding full disclosure for other potential guests, as we read these reviews too! The few questions we had were handled swiftly by owner/manager! You really can't beat the location, easy walk to many attractions, including the Royal Mile!!

The apartment was clean and well appointed, with ample room for two adult couples. The location is great, near the end of the Royal Mile and very walkable. Would definitely stay again, had great communication from the owner about dropping our luggage and parking while the cleaner was still working on the unit when we arrived.

The apartment is superbly located, and host was very accommodating and responsive. The “concierge” was a bit grumpy and not particularly helpful with check-in, but host had good instructions. We had a great visit to a wonderful city.

Nice flat on the edge of royal mile
The flat is in very good condition. It was clean and everything was in good working order. It was spacious enough for our party of 3. It is adjacent to Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s Seat. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the main tourist section of the Royal Mile. There’s a small shop with a good grocery selection about 5 minute walk away if you want to prepare your own meals. There were several good restaurants close by as well. The owner was very responsive to all our communications. The only negative was a small one. The concierge who gives you the key and takes the key back wasn’t the best. They were slow to respond when we arrived to get the key. And when we left, there was no one on duty that we could find to leave the key with. We would definitely stay there again.
