We had a nice large apartment that accommodated our family of three very comfortably. It had a nice clean kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I appreciated that the bathrooms were very clean. The shower in one bath didn’t work very well but the other shower worked great (hot water and great water pressure). Property is located in a great part of town close to all the cool shops and eateries. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful location to stay in Edinburgh. The apartments were spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful. The only down side of the property is not having 24hr support at the front desk. We had an incident where the fire alarm went off at 6:30 in the morning and when we tried to contact the given numbers, there was no answer. But again, overall, everything was very nice about the property. Would recommend to a friend/stay there again.

This spacious, fully equipped flat worked out great for our family of 4. The area has many different options for restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, grocery stores...Perfect location as well, within the walking distance to many attractions that Edinburgh has to offer. Highly recommended!

Cons: Property is old and in need of updating. I was in building 15 and the FLOORS creak so badly it wakes everyone up. No good if you have babies and no good when everyone is tired. All furniture shows wear and staining. The showers don’t drain and are hard to figure out and one shower super tiny. No directions for anything. The microwave/stove unlike anything I’ve seen so I had to get help. Directions would have helped. Pros: staff is awesome. Location is perfect. I had plenty of heat and lots of natural light. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They supplied soap lotion hair products, soap for dishwasher, I would go there again if they updated everything but the floors were so bad we tip toed to be quiet at night and it would crack and creak THAT needs attention.

Staff was great. Coffee machine by check in was nice. They also provide a French press. The rooms were comfortable and the amount of windows made it easy to get fresh air in.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs in Grass Market, Walking distance to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile.
