We stayed here during one of the Fringe fest portions and found it to be perfectly away from all the hustle and bustle to avoid fest noise. It was perfect. So much space and the host was easy to communicate with.

Lovely apartment for a fmily stay
The apartment had all we needed and more, it were in walking distance to most things and in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms were large and had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped very well, could have had more forks, but lovely meals were made. Will definately recommend this place.
