Renovated Main Door Entry Mews House with a welcoming fireplace located behind The Royal Terrace. Nestled near the foot of the Royal mile with Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament and Arthur's Seat just a few minutes walk away.

The apartment is professionally cleaned and hotel quality linen, towels and toiletries will be supplied.

The space
A 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house which backs onto the largest Private park in Scotland measuring approx 13 acres.

The spacious living area is cosy and comfortable with a working fireplace. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area in the living room to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Great location and lovely accommodations
We stayed in Edinburgh and found this place to be both quiet and convenient. The surrounding area has close access to public transportation and is also easy walking to many attractions. But it remains tucked into a lovely hillside away from the many crowds of visitors. We mostly ate breakfast in the flat and ate out throughout the day, but could have easily accommodated evening meals. Beds and soeces were comfortable and easy to negotiate. Bring comfy shoes because there’s lots to see! It does have stairs, but it’s light and airy and a lovely stay.

Our stay was great. Was able to cook at the VRBO. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice size rooms and bathroom is beautiful. Bring your walking shoes though it is a little ways from local attractions and restaurants.
