When you are not on the beach, the town centre of North Berwick is only a two minute walk. What more could you wish for on your family vacation - sand, sea, great pubs, restaurants and of course our wide variety of shops? Let's not forget the golfers. The 1st floor sitting room is furnished with 2 large sofas and chairs, plus there is a television and DVD player. This is really the more formal sitting room, and is very spacious. Now.... stand and watch and become mesmerised with view of the tide and the rolling waves.

The family bathroom is on the first floor level with bath, an overhead shower, WC and hand wash basin.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave top loader washing machine and a dishwasher.
The private patio area at the back can be accessed through the kitchen.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £200.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
