Welcome to this bright &chic 2-bed apartment in New Town. The Apartment is central with easy access to the Old Town where you will find the Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile.
Living&dining
The living room is bright and flooded with natural light. It is fitted with 2 sofas, coffee table and a TV.
The dining space can seat up to 4 guests.
The kitchen is in a separate room, fully equipped with an oven, a hob, a coffee machine. All dishes and utensils are kept in the cupboards and are there for your convenience to use if you wish to make a cup of tea/coffee, or cook a meal at home.
In the kitchen you will find a space, which can be used as a workspace or breakfast table.
Bedrooms&bathrooms
The flat has 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. Wardrobe and drawers space is available for guests.
The bathroom is fitted with a cabin shower, WC and sink.

JOIVY Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole apartment including free WiFi. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessed via stairs. Not too tiresome, however probably not ideal for prams and those less mobile.
Other things to note
I use a professional cleaning company and hotel linen and towels are provided. The apartment is always cleaned to the highest standard.
**Please note that the washing machine is currently out of order and is not available for use by guests
