Enter Ryvra through its dramatic entranceway, with access to the property through private gates leading to the front of the house.
The main entrance leads into the light, spacious hall and seating area with a sweeping staircase leading to the first floor.
On your right is a considerable, well-equipped kitchen, sleek dining table and intimate seating area.
This room provides outstanding views of the garden onto the North Berwick Golf Course and over the sea.
The ground floor also includes a WC as well as a large utility room, offering plenty of space for storing your boots, coats and golf bags.
Enjoy time with friends and family whilst maintaining your personal space, with ample accommodation for up to ten guests in four bedrooms.
The staircase leads up to the first-floor landing where you will find three generous bedrooms; one with the convenience of an en-suite and all with king-size beds.
The lounge is also situated on the first floor with a large sofa where you can unwind, watch TV or simply admire the breathtaking sea views.
The family bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower is also on this level.
Climbing the open wooden staircase to the second floor, you'll discover a newly built living area at the very top of this magnificent property.
This light, modern space includes a second lounge with a TV and sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a spectacular en-suite with a bath and walk-in shower. Simply perfect for the couple in the group who want a bit more solitude and privacy.

The landscaped gardens have plenty to offer, with seating areas in both the front and back gardens, and lots of secluded space, ideal for a summer BBQ and al fresco dining!
Within the grounds is a self-contained apartment owned by the owners of Ryvra house. Occasionally, the owner’s family stay in this property and share the use of the gardens.
With reference to group bookings – please refer to our terms and conditions. Booking confirmation of parties greater than 6 of all male/all female groups can not be made until written permission is received from our team. If your party is of that nature, please enquire via the contact page.
Bookings made at this property require a £400 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded 5 working days after departure.
Please also note complimentary mid stay cleans (including the provision of fresh linen and towels) will be provided as follows:
Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans

Layout
Ryvra is a large Victorian villa over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a large entertaining hall, opening to the dining room and kitchen. It is a remarkable entertaining space for a large group. There is also a downstairs toilet and a large utility room. On the first floor is a large drawing room, three double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom. On the second floor is a large open lounge/play area with a sofa bed, a large bathroom and a fourth bedroom.
Sleeping Arrangements
4 bedrooms sleeping 10.
1st floor - 3 large bedrooms all with king-size beds (2 beds can be split to make 4 singles on request).
2nd floor - 1 bedroom with double bed, and 1 x sofa bed in the living area.
Two of the beds are zip link and therefore have the ability to be made to singles. Please request your bed make-up at the time of booking.

Getting there
Entering North Berwick along the A198, turn left down Hamilton Road, follow to the bottom of the hill and turn right along Cromwell Road past The Marine Hotel and Spa, turn left into Fidra road then turn right. This lane will take you to the drive of Ryvra. You will see Ryvra's garden gates ahead of you. Through the gates into the garden area of the house and you can park in front of the house.
