Nice room in quiet location.
Nice small room, minor issue was only one small coffee cup, and there was an empty/used milk container on the windowsill. Cozy, very good shower and nice big TV. Quiet location.

Perfect for what I needed
It was everything I needed for a 4 day stay in Edinburgh. It’s right on a bus line and the tram is easy to walk to. Everything was clean and the bed was fantastic. I’ll happily stay here again.

Hotel in a good location with friendly staff. In need of some updating, but comfortable with good amenities (a great shower). Only criticism is there's only one key used for all the doors so you need to carry your valuables.

The bed was very comfortable, had a nice sized smart tv, and bathroom with all the amenities. The shower in particular was amazing. A nice waterfall shower with very hot water. Area is safe, quiet, and near the bus stops.

Reception was great. And very accommodating. Just needs a little sprucing up. New beds and pillows and carpet would be lovely. We needed a place to stay for 1 night and it fit that purpose. I left my electric toothbrush there and was able to retrieve it the next day. Very much appreciated.

The single room is a bit tight as is the en suite, but kept clean and the shower is good. The city centre is walkable and will have a tram system nearby on the Leith Walk when it’s finished. Parking ok on the street and is free.

Really good for the price, was a little bit out of the city centre but couldn’t complain. Staff were friendly, although there English didn’t seem very strong. Otherwise would recommend for anyone

The hotel was Ok, but I could’nt sleep because of the noises when somebody try to open and closing door all the time. It was really terrible feeling, like someboby tried to come to my room.

The room was not we booked. The toilet was broken & though they knew it was broken,the didnt fix it or offer a different room. Eventually we were moved to the room we booked. Staff were unhelpful & abrupt.

This room looked nice in the photo but was in the basement down a staircase difficult to maneuver with luggage. The room's walls were marked up and needed a fresh coat of paint, and the door and woodwork also needed a coat of paint. The bathroom had nothing to hang anything on and the bedroom had no mirror. There also was no TV. The price of $227 for the night was ridiculous.
