Blackfriars Residence is our beautiful 2 bedroom duplex apartment with a great location, only 1 minute to the heart of the Royal Mile.
The Space:
Our beautiful city centre duplex apartment is in the heart of Edinburgh. We have recently updated many aspects of the home for the comfort of out guests and we hope that you will enjoy the home that we have created.
The kitchen has lovely views over Salisbury Crags and the surrounding Skyline and we provide all the cooking utensils and crockery you need for your stay. There is a large table for eating the meals that you prepare or order in.
The living room once again offers amazing views of Edinburgh's skyline and Salisbury Crags. Should you get bored of the view there is a large 50 inch smart TV.
Bedroom one has a beautiful king size, four poster bed with large amounts of storage for your stay. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to your arrival. This bedroom also has a beautiful Ensuite.
The Ensuite to bedroom one has a stand alone shower for which we will provide shampoo and shower gel.
Bedroom two contains two single beds and once again, plenty of storage. You will find that both bedrooms have a luxury feel.
The bathroom is very modern with a bath and shower. We provide shower gel, shampoo and hand soap to save you some packing.
Guest Access:
You will have full private access to the property for the duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Edinburgh's Old Town full of historical buildings, closes and architecture and is Edinburgh' oldest area and has been given UNESCO World Heritage status.
We are ideally suited for anyone looking for great access to Edinburgh's numerous tourist attractions, entertainment and amenities. Our home is directly off Edinburgh's original street leading directly from The Castle, The Royal Mile.
Getting Around:
EDINBURGH AIRPORT: From the airport take the Airlink bus to the final stop or the tram to St Andrew Square. From both locations our home walkable in under ten minutes.
TRAIN: Edinburgh Waverley is the station best located to arrive at for our home. We are a 5-10 minute walk from the station or a quick taxi ride away.
BUS: Edinburgh's local bus company is Lothian Buses and operate throughout the city. They have a great app that is free to download, it is a great way to find your way around the city.
WALKING: We are so central that you will find all of Edinburgh's city centre amenities within walking distance. Buses or taxis are great for getting further out of the centre and are readily available in the surrounding streets.

We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated.
