The house is semi-detached and sits on the grounds of Chesters Farm, just outside Gifford and Garvald at the foot of the Lammermuir Hills. It is an ideal spot for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers and golfers. There is a large open garden with views over the fields and other farm buildings providing an attractive outlook.

Redeveloped to create a fantastic light-filled living space that remains faithful to its rural setting, but with the comfort of underfloor heating, double glazing, and a log burning stove for those chilly, winter nights! The open plan living area takes full advantage of the exceptional views and its south-facing aspect means that it is a perfect sunny spot to unwind and relax. It's lavished with all of the little extra comforts to get you feeling right at home, including a flat-screen Smart TV with Freeview and complimentary WiFi.
Moving through to the high-end appointed kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook up a treat to enjoy at the dining table that seats 8 guests, and there are two breakfast bar stools at the island. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, 4 ring induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, cafetière and all necessary equipment and crockery. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer and has plentiful storage space for wellingtons and muddy boots too.
One of the doors off this communal space takes you into the Reading Room, which has a selection of books, novels, board games and an office desk in case a few hours on the laptop is required.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
