Oster with 10.5 hectares of vineyards (Bremmer Calmont (Europe’s steepest vineyard), Neefer Frauenberg, Ediger Elzhofberg), visits and wine tasting (8-10 wines) are possible for a fee on request and by appointment. Ferienhaus
Das Haus Jula ist geeignet für eine größere Gruppe. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche incl. Zubehör komplett. Die einzelnen Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls sehr geräumig und bieten ausreichenden Platz für alles mitgebrachte. Die Matratzen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber genau wie beschrieben. Der Außenbereich ist ansprechend. Aufgrund des Wetters konnten wir diesen jedoch nicht nutzen. Fasst alle älterenTüren verursachen bei der Bewegung Geräusche sind sind z. Teil etwas schwerer zu schließen. Die Bäder sind okay bis auf eine Ausnahme: Das große Bad in der 1. Etage hat ein wackelndes WC und ein schönes stylisches Waschbecken. Stylisch ist hier leider nicht funktionell. Hier sollte die Funktion vom Vermieter einmal selbst ausprobiert werden. Eine kurzfristige Änderung wäre dann denkbar. Das Haus verfügt über Sat-Anschlüsse für die Fernseher in den Räumen. Hier sollten alle Sender gespeichert sein (Fernsehen sowie Radio) und danach vom Vermieter gegen weiteren Zugriff gesperrt werden. Ach ja, alle Geräte sollten auch funktionieren (die Kabel zum Receiver sind in einigen Räumen sehr kurz und es scheint kein korrekter Kontakt vorhanden zu sein). Sämtliche Mitarbeiter/-innen sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Fehlen eines Wohnzimmers hat uns als Familie/Gruppe bei dem großen Esszimmer nicht gestört. Wir haben uns trotz der beschriebenen kleinen Beanstandungen sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. PS: Die Vinothek vom Vermieter ist super!
