Wonderful Place to Stay!
The house was very clean and organized, had plenty of outdoor fun & games available, and had enough comfortable beds for a group of 15. The area was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed being right on the river. I would happily stay here again!

Memorable College Friends Reunion
The property was as beautiful as the pictures show. Expansive windows to the porch allowed us to see the River all day. Two full size tables gave our group of 13 opportunity to have meal’s together and play games at night. The lawn was ideal for a “bags” tournament. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. An easy sanding launch for a kayak/canoe. Communication with Elyse was top-notch. Very helpful, quick to response and really wanted our experience to be special. We are already planning a return next year. You wouldn’t be disappointed renting this place.

Relaxing Getaway
Our entire stay was glorious. The owners were extremely responsive when we had an issue. The pool was set up and ready for us to use. The playground for the kids was perfect. This house made a family reunion possible - we hadn’t all been together in 20ish years :) A few complaints would be: no sharp knives in the kitchen, fly traps are needed(I ordered some from amazon and it solved the problem), the wifi info we are emailed is different than what is posted in the house, very old basic spices etc in the kitchen and the outside patio could use some cleaning out(broken toys, old boxes, a bucket of water). Overall, you want to stay here!

Wow, what an incredible stay! This rental property exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly located. Family friendly stay!
This was place was wonderful for our 3 families with little children! It fit us very comfortably with toys, cribs, booster seats etc. we were able to spend almost all of our time at the house between the sandy beach, swing set, baby pool, fire pit. The surrounding area is very peaceful and would definitely return back!

Great spot for family time
Our group of 12 adults and 2 kids enjoyed this cozy property with spectacular views of the water. We particularly loved the outdoor space with boats, playground, and fire pit. Cell service in the area was poor for most of us, but the Wi-Fi was fantastic. The home is well equipped and had many thoughtful touches that made if feel like we were staying with friends or family. Hosts were lovely and quick to respond.

AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH
What an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We had our son’s rehearsal picnic here and it couldnt have been better. The home has all the amenities listed and then some including extra trash bags. Talking with the owners was super easy and responsiveness was amazing as well!!! Best ever

Just what we were looking for!
Fantastic stay! The property had a beautiful view of the river and a nice backyard to enjoy, along with many amenities. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was perfectly stocked, met all our needs. Also nice big tables for all of us to hang out and eat together. It's very nice there's bathrooms on each floor (along with showers). Everything was clean and easy to use. Communication with hosts was fantastic too. Truly would return in a heartbeat!

Great space outdoors & indoors!
We loved the outdoor area! The playground, pool, fire pit, dock, porch and yard! The kids could run around the large yard while the adults played bean bags. The pool was nice. There was enough space inside and on the porch. We also really like the open concept and view from inside out to the dock and river.

Ladies weekend getaway!
The property was perfect for our large group of 14 women. There was plenty of space for all of us to visit together and lots of spaces for small group visiting as well. There were a lot of amenities, games, books, yard games. We had a nice fire one night. We were here in early November but I could see it being an excellent place for large family gatherings in the summer when you could use the boats and beach area more. It was a great place for us to do some great shopping and crafting. We really enjoyed the nearby winery and several really great restaurants,too!

Hosts were wonderful! Property was perfect for a quiet trip with friends. My toddler was travelling with me and I felt so at ease because this property is so kid friendly and spacious. Great stay
Great house for a family reunion. As other people have said in the other reviews be aware there is nowhere to put food that you bring or purchase. All the cabinets are taken up with the provided pots, pans and utensils.

We had plenty of space for family members to sleep and great dining space plus great basement games for kids to play. But there are some things you need to know: pictures of property showed a sandy beach but there is no beach area due to a retaining wall expanding the property at the river. The current is too strong to let children play in the river. We rented a pontoon boat from a company recommended by the owners but that company was 1.5 hours away and had no idea that the pontoon boat would not fit under the bridge that was between the boat launch and our rental property so we could not have a pontoon boat for our vacation. Also, no bedroom dressers, no closet in the main bedroom so storage was an issue for our week's stay. Be aware that the second floor bathroom is located between two bedrooms and is not accessible to the other bedrooms on that floor. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Perfect place to chillax - watch wild/bird life on the river - take the canoe out - fish off the pier (no luck though) - fire up the grill, charcoal or gas, take your pick - perhaps best part was firepit w/ loads of firewood. Perfect place for both adults and kids. Thank you!

Family Reunion
Great stay for our family reunion/weekend stay. House was nicely stocked, comfortable beds, two tables for kids to play at and separate for adults to eat at. It was too cold to venture to the backyard, but it was a beautiful view of the river and looked like it would be fun to hang out in the warmer months. We would definitely return!

Great group boating trip
We loved the lake- sand bars, waterfront restaurants with live music, not overcrowded on the lake even on the 4th of July. River in the backyard is like glass- great for learning to water ski. The home is stocked with everything. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Owner very accommodating to our booking needs. Thank you!

Beautiful Location
We greatly enjoyed our trip and spent most of our time on the river, Lake Koshsonong, or chilling on the back patio. The house did not quite meet our expectations and had a rather odd layout, but we made it work for our large family.

Loved the place
The property was beautiful. Big enough to hold all 18 of us and not feel cramped. We enjoyed the view, playing games even learned a few new ones. The kids had a blast in the game room and sleeping together in one room. Lots of fun memories were made. Thinking of renting it again in the summer sometime. Thank you so much.

Quiet and Relaxing
Our entire family (7 adults, 6 children) spent a week at this waterfront beach house. The home was very clean & welcoming with plenty of space for everyone. We had areas for all of us to be together as well as personal space. The children enjoyed the large outdoor space and the adults appreciated all the time they spent playing both in the pool & on the playground. We rented a pontoon boat to take excursions to Lake Koshkonong where we all were entertained tubing and swimming everyday. We definitely recommend this VRBO rental for those both young & old!
