Out the front in Janesville's main street with restaurants, including a very good Italian restaurant and wine bar on the bottom floor. Out back is a wonderful river! both nights we sat on the restaurant's terrace overlooking the river for a nightcap. I can't say enough about how beautiful the space is, and how nice all the folks in the restaurant below were. Should be ever come back...

"What you see is what you get here. There are no fancy decor pieces .. but it is functional. The bathroom is a great size and having laundry is a huge plus. Kitchen had everything I needed and things were in good shape. Location in downtown Sun PRairie is really convenient to get into Madison. Bed was comfortable. The closet is a large walk in closet but there are no drawers or shelves to unpack so you have get creative or live out of your suitcase for some things. The area is quiet with...

"This 2 bedroom rental is ideal for football tailgaters or any other campus visit. It beats a hotel for comfort and convenience. We slept well despite nearby student housing. Host Ben was very responsive before and during our stay. It was our second stay with Ben, and we will come again!"
