"They were definitely in the holiday spirit with all the thanksgiving decor. Check in was easy. The gentleman at the desk was super nice. We only stayed for the night. The location was great right off the highway and Uber/lyfts were a reasonable price to the quarters and the Superdome! The room was so clean I mean CLEAN!!! Outside needs a little cosmetic but overall it was a great stay"

"Beds were super comfortable. Room was spacious and somewhat clean. Blood stains on one of the mattresses. The bathroom was very slick. The AC did not work well to cool the room but the humidity was very high. We always travel with a small fan and it was a good thing because it helps circulate the air. Breakfast was subpar. What they call Coffee was just hot water. Danishes and other bread products were hard and stale. We went across the street to get coffee from McDonald's and when we came back we've been locked out of our room. I've traveled to New Orleans many times to go on cruises and I've stayed here before. But I won't stay here again. I think there are better options for the same price range."
