Walkable distance to the beach but they also offer a parking pass for you to park right next to the beach. This will be the place we will go next time when we visit Innisfil. "It’s definitely rustic but cozy. We had everything we needed. Large fire pit with lots of chairs for a larger group. It was just my husband and myself at the property so it was quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable king size bed. Definitely would return. "

"We had great time in the house. The lake was warm (last week of May), no mosquitoes before dusk. A lot of floatables and kayaks/canoes. The lake is shallow and the bottom is muddy, so we used floatables to swim away from the shore and swim where it is deeper. The water is crystal clear, so the swim was perfect. The view from the deck is perfect. The road is close, but it didn’t bother us much, especially on weekdays. The gas grill worked well (the ignition didn’t work, so we had to use a gas...

"We came back again as the cottage was exactly what we needed. Lots of outdoor space. Great little sandy beach cove for just sitting in shade with toes in water for the afternoon. Shallow sandy bottom warm water or walk out to deeper cooler water. We were in the water everyday except two days over the 2+ weeks. Fire pit lakeside lets you enjoy the evening sky! Laundry, Dishwasher, Fire TV and the newly added AC just made it an excellent vacation. Large BBQ was great for grilling. Deck was updated...
