Perfect

Immaculate, comfortable, picturesque, and perfect location for quick and easy access to Nordic for boarding/tubing/snowshoe hiking as well as Powder Mountain for more advanced boarding. The personalized touches and the turkeys and deer that we watched just feet away while enjoying the hot tub were an added bonuses. We have stayed at a lot of excellent VRBO's and this property has been our favorite. If you are going to be visiting in/near Eden, this is your place to stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for a weekend retreat!

We had a perfect weekend retreat at this property. There was ample room with 4 bedrooms spread across 3 floors. There were so many thoughtful touches from the owners and we would love to stay at this property again in the future.

Great little house in Eden

Clean and well equipped stay in the small town of Eden. The hot tub was a great amenity after long days on the slopes. 15 mins from powder mountain and nearby restaurants and grocery stores.

Perfect Eden home rental

Kelly and Todd are the best hosts anyone could ask for! The home was even nicer than expected and very well stocked, lots of little extras and tastefully decorated for 5yr holidays. We came to ski and Powder Mountain was a short drive. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

The BEST rental ever!!!

My wife and I spent our anniversary weekend at Kelly's place. We were so impressed with every aspect of this house. Kelly definitely went above and beyond with the flowers and chocolates but the rest of the house was top notch. Super Clean. Lots of extras. More than fully stocked. Lets just say everything down to the toilet paper was high quality! We loved the Hot Tub every night and took advantage of feeding the Deer and Turkeys! I will recommend this house to everyone who asks and we will rent from her again for sure! Thank you Kelly!

The house and hosts were perfect! The attention to detail and their graciousness were above and beyond. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the deer, turkeys and raccoon in the backyard. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect house and location!

We loved our stay at Black Diamond! The house was perfect for our family skiing trip. My husband, me and our two young adult children stayed 3 nights. House has everything you need and more. Everyone loved having their own space. Easy, fast drive to both Nordic Valley and Powder Mountain, less than a mile from the market. Kelly was fantastic in communicating with us. Highly recommend!

The moment we walked into this home, we felt at home. It’s was cozy (temperature, decor, lay out). The lights were on for us the night we arrived. The snow had kindly been removed from the driveway in anticipation of our arrival. The owners were in constant communication with us before the trip to kindly let us know of the rainy/icy road conditions and to wish us safe travels. They were available if we needed anything. The home itself had everything we forgot we’d need in the kitchen (small appliances, pots, pans, plastic baggies, aluminum foil). Every detail of the home seemed to be carefully thought about. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We just felt so welcomed, comfortable, and happy. It truly felt like an extension of our very own home and with the same comfort of visiting family (you like) for the holidays knowing the owners were kindly available to us if we needed them, just a phone call away. Very very comfortable. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. Would definitely want to come back here next time we’re visiting Utah.

Special Place!

Our family of four had a great 4 night stay! There are many thoughtful touches and owners even helped us out with a pak n play and left a children's toy set and blanket for our kiddos to use during our stay. So thoughtful and was put to good use! We enjoyed afternoons in the backyard watching the deer and turkeys and evenings on the front porch watching the stars. Very comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Property is 3 levels so great option for multiple families. There is a market just down the road and close proximity to all the beauty of Eden! Thank you so much for taking such good care of us Todd & Kelly!

Fantastic stay

The house was clean and well stocked with little things one would need. We had an issue with a smoke alarm and it was fixed immediately. The owners were so nice and accommodating and really went the extra mile. And the deer were so sweet. We loved watching them and the babies come right up to the porch. We love the area, and we just loved staying at this house.

Great GetAway House

I have stayed in over 40 VRBO's and the owners of this property provided the most well stocked of them all. The little attention to the details was impressive. The kitchen area has really nice quality cooking and eating supplies. Very very clean and just nice. Loved the place. Would definitely stay again.
