"Excellent value. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would have given 4 stars, but on arrival the lobby was FILLED and with no apparent line to organize the people. We eventually determined this was a group traveling together with one person managing the reservations. Checkin was actually pretty efficient after they got checked in. Overall, excellent value and a nice clean hotel."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the lodge is in need of a major remodel. The rooms were very clean but older and dark. The rooms are not easily accessible unless you are on the main level. All steps are very steep making it hard to carry luggage, etc. "
