"Location is great around the corner from Gare Central. We can take the tram directly from airport to Gare Central and walk just a few minutes to hotel. It was very nice to get our room when we got there. Breakfast is very good and the lady who runs the breakfast area was pleasant and efficient in refilling the items. Loves the fresh squeezes orange juice. "

"Super close and good value hotel. Rooms were clean and good size. Duvet was small where twin beds put together, but I had a blanket.. but saved couple hundred on booking a hotel 5 mins away. You can walk to everything from here within 10 minutes.. staff were friendly and welcoming. Didn’t eat breakfast or dinner so can’t comment on restaurant.. "

"Exceptional property. Very thoughtful attention in the rooms including chocolates on the night stand every night. the housekeeping was also exceptional. Bottles of water was replaced every night. Excellent location. The concierge was very helpful for securing a reservation. Only slight quibble is that they said they were unable to drop us to the airport on Sunday when we were leaving, but their website their was complimentary drop-off to the airport. "Stayed 1 night in a triple room. Was pleased with how clean the room and bathroom were. The location in regards to public transportation is good. We would not have enjoyed more than one night with three people in the room as the luggage and walking space is quite limited. They are updating it seems, we had some difficulty with our room keys, but it was taken care of. Noise from the street and restaurant below was quite noticeable. "

"Perfect location in the city centre. Beautiful hotel with delightful staff. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar at night which were lovely. Our room was fantastic and the sunken bathtub was a great addition. We didnt eat at the restaurant as the menu was limited and I dont eat Veal as I believe it's unnecessary to kill cattle so young. "

"Mama Shelter is conveniently located in Kirchberg, close to the tramway line. The hotel is very modern and cosy, the rooms are comfortable and generous. The restaurant and bar as well as the bakery are all good with a tasty modern and fun atmosphere. We stayed in 2 connecting rooms with our 2 daughters. Our kids just loved the fun and cool vibe of this wonderful and not too expensive hotel. We will be back for sure !"

"Great apartment and friendly staff. Onsite pay parking. Groceries next door. No microwave, no oven, just a stove. Individual water supply for each apartment so not enough hot water for 5 adults in the large apartment. Not bath plug for the bath so showers only. Fixing the bath plug and adding a microwave would have made it a great experience."
