"We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely."

"Easiest location to public transit, less than half a block walk. Can get anywhere from the location and it’s at the end of the line, in a very quiet area. Can still order pizza in the later evening after the restaurant is closed. "

"Great hotel! Not the closest one from the main sites but the metro station is minutes away so you can get anywhere. Big room and big bathroom, everything brand new, looks like the hotel has been recently renovated. I just didn't love the pillows as they were a bit too small for me, more like a cushion. But, still had good nights of sleep. Would definitely come back! "

"The spa room was perfect. Lovely and quiet. The buffet breakfast was lovely too…although I do enjoy baked beans with my sausage..egg and bacon lol..not a complaint..just missed those at the buffet breakfast 😊😉. Staff were super friendly. I’d recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Amsterdam central is easily accessible with the train station so close to the hotel. "

"Unfortunately the staff is not friendly. They just do their job and that's it. The girls at the reception seemed bored. The room was clean but quite impersonal. You say it's transit, you don't feel like staying there for several days. The bathroom towels were clean but very worn. They were leaking blood. It is located 5 minutes from the metro. The metro takes about 30 minutes to the center (there are about 10 stations). The good part is that they have parking and for only 15 euros per day you...

"Fantastic location in the mall and next to the train station so easy to use as a hub to visit greater Netherlands. The room was a bit small (would have been very tight for two people) but in general it was such a great location it was fine. Breakfast was erratic. Some mornings, no bread and HUGE lines nearly impossible to maneuver, but in general a good location. "

"The hotel is very nice. The service was very friendly, and the room was spotless. Perhaps the only drawback is the bathroom, since it has an exhaust fan running continuously, it is very cold in winter. But other than that, everything was great. "Had a comfortable stay at this hotel. It’s in a shopping mall so easy access to food options and walking distance from canals and other sites. Less expensive than Amsterdam so used it as a base to sightsee there as well. "

"Conveniently located for Efteling which we visited following our stay. Bright spacious room although this reduced when the pull out beds were out. Very friendly welcoming staff. Excellent restaurant on site for dinner & breakfast. Only downside no bedside tables, just a rack for your phone or book but nowhere to put a cup next to the bed. "

"Cosy little building with two bedrooms, a living room, shower room and kitchenette. Comfortable, clean, nicely furnished. Outside, a large patio with seating for 8 people, two tables, a washing hangar and a lawned/grass area. All surrounded by trees and bushes/flowers. Althouhg next to the main road, it was quiet and peaceful. I will book again for next year!"

"My room was on the top floor and I had a number of heavy suitcases, so carrying them up was quite exhausting after a long flight and ride from Schiphol. In late August, the room was very warm as it had a glass door on one side and three large windows/doors on the other. So sun most of the day. The doors to the deck are standard european windows, meaning you can open or tilt them but due to there floor to ceiling hight, they were heavy and at times did not catch properly on the top corner that...

"The hotel access is in the mall. Easy to plan trips around the netherlands with central station right accross the plaza. Staff are great and helpful. This was our 2nd time at rhis hotel and it felt like a welcome home."
