You have private access to the home and secure backyard, no one else can book other rooms during your stay. Access will only be provided to beds/bedrooms that are booked and paid for eg.
1-2 guests = 1 queen bed
3-4 guests = 2 queen beds
5-6 guests = 2 queen, 1 double bed
7 guests = 2 queen, 1 double, 1 single bed
8 guests = 2 queen, 1 double, 2 single beds
9-10 guests = 2 queen, 2 double, 2 single bed
11-12 guests = 2 queen, 3 double, 2 single bed
8-12 guest bedding - (1 double sofa bed, 1 double electric mattress, 1 single trundle bed)
Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). If an additional room or beds are needed/used, they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees. Cot available upon request, charges apply.

We’re available anytime during your stay to answer questions, offer advice on the best day spa or coffee in town or anything else you may need assistance with. There's also a folder with brochures, tourist guides and discounts if you need any further information.
Off street car parking for 3 cars, boat or caravan and plenty of street parking.
There's many options for getting around, so a car isn't necessary:
- Bus stop at the end of the street
- Close to picturesque bushland walking track to town (20min).
- Private hire car number available.
- Courtesy buses to all clubs in Moama NSW and the Echuca Workers Club. These run all day long and will pick you up and drop you off.

All pantry and fridge items come complimentary with your booking, so please enjoy these whilst keeping them clean for the next guest.
