"The staff are 10/10. Pool needs a revamp and the cleanliness of the pool was poor hairs lying around and damp marks on the ceiling. Saunas was amazing!! Shower in my room could have been cleaner found hairs around shower head. "

"Set back from the main highway but convenient to the city for dining, shopping or other attractions. Great for those who loves the outdoors. The breakfast was absolutely delicious."

The hotel is oozing character maintaining the style and spirit of Eindhoven's long-standing connection with Philips. "Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was a highlight - huge food selection and beautiful views! A great base for exploring the city and surrounding area for our long weekend in Aachen."

"Great location friendly helpful staff good sized room overlooking the street which was nice comfy bed. Could do with a little bit of attention to paintwork big dead insect in the light fitting over the shower not particularly attractive , I would stay again"

"More than expected from a night stay! Free games room in a very nice atmosphere, modern and very clean, very spacious bedroom with a ultra comfortable kingside bed. Love the fragrance of hands and shower gel/shampoo/body cream, felt like in a SPA. Varied and delicious breakfast, facilities kept clean and all times and well stocked. Would have enjoyed the indoor pool but had no time. Definitely highly recommended and will be back next time in Eindhoven. The location was great too, close enough to...
