Rent old stone house completely renovated, located in the countryside in a quiet, natural and wooded, accessible by a private road.

Less than 10 minutes from the sea, the airport and the city of Ajaccio, you will discover an old country house fully equipped, furnished, and decorated with taste, combining comfort and conviviality for a pleasant stay.

You will also find less than 10 minutes, the seaside resort of Porticcio, known for its beauty of its landscapes, and the outstanding quality of the sea.

At your disposal:
T2 for 2 to 4 persons with a surface area of 32 m²
Very comfortable, with a terrace of 12 m², with garden furniture, barbecue, private parking.

It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen:
- Fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, extractor, microwave / grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, storage.
- A living room with LCD TV with DVD and a sofa bed.

Logement pas tout à fait au cœur de la montagne corse, plutôt à l'orée de celle-ci. Il faut obligatoirement disposer d'un véhicule pour se rentre aux plages ou dans la montagne. La ville d'Ajaccio est proche. Le logement est sobre.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bien conforme à l’annonce et sur cette merveilleuse Île. Un petit bémol toutefois à prendre en compte est l’absence d’une connexion wifi, car sans réseau mobile sur ce même lieu d’hébergement, c’est laborieux d’établir les itinéraires pour les activités quotidiennes.

très bon séjour
Nous sommes arrivées très tard et nous avons eu un très bon accueil et accompagnement jusqu'à la maison. La maison est bien située avec une belle plage à 6km et proche d'Ajaccio. Le lit était fait et le linge de toilette fournis. Les équipements de la maison sont au top. Nous recommandons ce lieu et son hôte.

Maison au calme à moins de 15 min de l'aéroport d'Ajaccio
Maison bien située, avec du terrain. Terrasse surélevée sécurisée avec comme seul accès par le salon. Espace barbecue extérieur très convivial. Heureusement qu'il y a la clim. Pas ou peu de vis à vis. Il ne manque plus que la piscine sur les hauteurs du terrain 😉

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in abseits gelegenem Steinhaus
Nette kleinere Ferienwohnung im ländlichen Bereich um Ajaccio zwischen weiteren Wochenendhäusern und einem kleinen Bauernhof. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Hausdame, die Sprachbarriere ließ sich mit Händen, Füßen und moderner Technik problemlos überwinden. Ohne übermäßigen Schnickschnack, aber mit allem was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Durch die nahe Lage zu einer gut ausgebauten Straße verkehrstechnisch trotz der gewissen Abgeschiedenheit gut (insb. nach Ajaccio) angebunden. Fußläufig ist die meist extensiv landwirtschaftlich genutzte Umgebung zu erkunden. Scheinbar nisten im Dach ein paar Tauben, abgesehen von einem leisen Gurren haben wir mit diesen jedoch keine Probleme gehabt. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.
