"Very comfortable for a pod hotel. Staff and amenities are very good and if you require English assistance, they have staff that can speak as well as provide English documents and instructions. I like that the lockers are right next to the pod instead of in a separate room like many others. My only minor complaint is that breakfast was served in an adjacent hotel which you have to go outside and back in to get to, which in the winter isn't the most pleasant. "何度か利用していますが、設備は快適です。BSも見れるとより快適度が増します。 今回、利用した部屋は時計が止まっていたのでその点が残念でした。 加えて同じフロアに宿泊していたと思われる宿泊客数人が02時頃から06時近くまで階段エリアか、部屋の扉を開けていたかで、大騒ぎをしており睡眠ができない状態でした。フロントに人が居ない事を知っているのか、クレームが入らない事を知っているのか、極めて傍若無人な振る舞いがあり、この宿にはこの様な宿泊者も利用する可能性があるため、何か対策手段を講じられると良いと思います。"
