Our charming farmhouse has 5 spacious double bedrooms, of which 2 are equipped with a rustic corner seat and a table and another bedroom with a sunbathing lawn integrated in the bay, which invites you to linger, with a wonderful view of the Kaiser and the Antonius chapel. All bedrooms have box spring beds, Smart TV and Wi-Fi, here you can retire in peace (Wi-Fi can also be disabled on request).
The farmhouse welcomes you with a spacious plant garden and a sunny terrace, which you reach via the private car park with space for 3-4 cars.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious hallway with cloakroom and access to the sports cellar. In this level you will also find 3 bedrooms and the rustic kitchen, which has been preserved and restored as much as possible in its original condition. The old kitchen has a wine cellar with a large old wooden table and vaulted ceilings, where you can enjoy fine wines and end the day in a relaxed atmosphere. Furthermore, there is 1 bathroom and a guest toilet on this level.
Upstairs you will find the modern kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker, and the necessary kitchen utensils.
Over the generous corridor which is equipped with a farmhouse typical "divan" and a piano, you get to the two other bedrooms and the living room. The room is equipped with a spacious lawn and a dining table with corner seat. For entertainment in the group, a Smart TV and a Play Station 4 are available. On this floor there is a bathroom & WC, as well as a make-up & vanity in both rooms en suite. For info: You have to deposit a deposit of € 500, - in cash, which you on departure - if everything is OK - of course, get back.

The clear mountain air in spring and the scent of the meadows in summer invite you to go hiking and dreaming. This farmhouse at the foot of the Kaisergebirge Mountains is one of the places where you feel the bond with the original power of nature. Whether on the mountain, in the rock, in the water or in the air - with us you can expect a varied sports and leisure activities. 
On the back of the building you will find another highlight of our jewel. A small brook crosses the property, which was overbuilt with a lawn and invites you to cool down in it or just to enjoy the day in the sun chair and to barbecue there in the group.
