"We had a plumbing issue. It was resolved. The shower had hair on the wall and a washcloth from the previous guest was left hanging on the shower head. We were there for the night so we didn’t want to make a big deal about it. "

"The property was convenient and breakfast was wonderful. The shuttle service to cruise port was disappointing. It was late and they kept telling us “any minute”, 10 minutes until our boarding time and 30 minutes late, it arrived. THEN we discovered the shuttle stopped at other hotels. We immediately got off, booked and Uber. We loved everything except feeling the staff was dishonest about the shuttle. "
