My third party communication was terrible. The third party operator, Jonathan, assured me he had the best rate told me he could give me all the amenities. He also told me that the swimming pool was open it wasn’t he told me the swimming pool was heated. It’s not his price that he guaranteed was the lowest was $50 more than I got on Expedia. Consistent lies was all I got from that man.

I didn't like how I had to wait till 8:00 a.m. to check in when I had booked the room beforehand I had to stand in the lobby and wait before I can get my room other than that it was a pretty nice experience for the crystal meeting town

Overall the stay was satisfactory. The staff was professional and helpful. Aesthetically it's not the best, but we slept well, we got a good hot shower.
