There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Home was clean and well appointed in the kitchen and baths, laundry, and the dock provided rest and relaxation while watching our grandchildren swim. Family of 6 enjoyed our stay very much and made memories while attending a weekend of wedding fun in the area. Will return if in the area again!

Very clean and well kept
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was very clean and had all the accommodations needed. The dock was nice to be able to leave the boat in the water the entire stay. Mark was a great host. My daughter damaged a screen door and he was very polite in regards to the damage. I will definitely be staying here again next year!

Great home on the lake with all the amenities. Took a boat ride on the Oconee Lake, sat by the fire pit, had some holiday refreshments, did some grilling on the open porch, saw some fireworks and Christmas decorations on the boat docks. Great home owner contact. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Of all the properties I’ve booked on VRBO, this is the best. We had a party of 7 who came from Florida, South Carolina and Georgia for a Fraternity reunion and Fall gathering. Each of the guests was amazed by the cleanliness and amenities. (Think perfectly equipped kitchen, ample linens, stocked bathrooms, wood for the fire pit, two cofee makers, plenty of bar glasses, comfortable beds and more). The host was so communicative and texted to ensure our arrival went smoothly and was accessible throughout our visit. We hated to leave and will be back.

Fantastic Property on Lake Oconee
This was a great home with a great location. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The home is in a quiet location and is one of the best stocked homes that we have stayed in. The host was incredibly fast and friendly in his response to any questions I had. Overall, it was fantastic and we are already planning to stay here again!

A Perfect Vacation!
We absolutely loved this vacation home! It was located right on the lake at Lake Oconee. The location was easy to find and an easy drive to shopping and restaurants. The home was spotless and loaded with everything you could possibly need. We loved the screened porch, the fire pit, the lily pad, and the dock. We cooked on the grill two times. Check in was easy. Mark was wonderful to work with also!

Perfect Lake House Retreat!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lake house! The property is beautifully maintained and offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The house is spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked, making meal prep a breeze, and the living areas are cozy and inviting. (The only one thing I would love to have on the kitchen is a small saucepan to cook hard boiled eggs). The highlight, of course, is the stunning lake view. Waking up to the serene water and enjoying sunsets from the deck was an unforgettable experience. The private dock was perfect for fishing and swimming, and we loved using the kayaks and water mat provided. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great Family Lake House
The lake house was everything our family needed. We had plenty of space for us to spread out. It has a Great view of the lake. Our family loved swimming off the dock. We were able to bring our own boat which was nice to have right there at the house. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed to cook and grill out for a large family. We will definitely be booking another family vacation there for next year.

Xmas paradise
Where do I even start! The lake house is amazing the pictures don't do it justice. My family and I had a wonderful time here for Xmas. It was equipped with every necessity we needed and the owner Mark was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. The mother in law suite was so cozy and the views from the lake and the fireplace were perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite getaway for any season!

This property is a home away from home with a beautiful spot right on the lake! The property was clean and cozy! The screened in porch with the gas fire pit table made the perfect place for our morning coffee/tea chats! It's conveniently located to the grocery store and boutique shops! Highly recommended.
The house and the view were great. Mark was very communicative and checked in on us a few times throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. House was incredibly clean and felt new. The screened porch was large and comfortable. We rented a pontoon boat from Oconee Wild Watersports and had a great experience. We definitely plan on renting this property in the future.

Slice of Paradise
We rented this lovely house for a long family weekend on the lake. It is beautiful...plenty of light, a wonderful view of the lake in a peaceful cove. The porch overlooking the lake was our favorite place, especially nice in the mornings and then at night with the wonderful dining table for dinners on the porch. We appreciated the owner, Mark. We had a few questions along the way while we were there and he was so responsive and helpful. If you are looking for peace and tranquilly, this is your place!

Great Family Getaway
The location on the lake and nearby facilities are excellent. The house is also very nice. Our 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 infants had plenty of space to have individual and family time. The owner is very helpful, informative and responsive via text or phone. We loved the fire pit and the screened in porch. The 14 foot water pad was really fun while swimming and playing in the lake. We enjoyed playing crocket on the lawn, fishing off the dock, and kayaking. The local restaurants recommended by the owner were also very good. It's a great family getaway.
